🍜 Ramen Notes

Located within easy reach of Shibuya, Harajuku, and Shinjuku, this ramen shop is one of Tokyo’s most acclaimed spots—having earned Michelin recognition multiple times in past years. It’s especially popular among international visitors, and its global reputation continues to grow.

The soup is a refined blend of chicken broth and aromatic katsuobushi-style flavors, resulting in a clear yet deeply satisfying shoyu profile. The signature toppings offer a playful balance of sweetness, sourness, and spiciness. You can enjoy each item on its own, pair it with the accompanying sauces, or let everything harmonize with the broth—almost like experiencing a full-course ramen tasting. At ¥3,000–4,000 JPY for the full course, it feels affordable for such quality, though admittedly a bit pricey for typical Japanese ramen fans. 😅

Reservations are available through TableCheck, though you may still be able to walk in on weekdays. A vegan ramen option is also offered, but advance booking is required. For menus, operating hours, and details, check the official website. Souvenirs are also available, as shown in the photo below.
